Welcome to Hospital Practice's FAST-TRACK manuscript submission page and thank you for your interest in publishing your work in the journal. Prior to submitting your FAST-TRACK manuscript we must process an initial fee ($500) to cover the cost incurred for expedited review. If your paper is rejected, there will be no further charges; however, if it is accepted, the remainder of the fee ($1500) will automatically be charged to the credit card supplied in this transaction. You will be contacted at a later date with the per-page service fee. Please review the required components listed below:

1. Financial Responsibility
• Required contact information for financially responsible party
• Process of initial fee ($500)
2. Manuscript Contact
• Required contact information for party responsible for manuscript submission
3. Cover letter
   • Authors are required to state that the manuscript is their own original work and has not been published or is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
   • Please note that there is a 5-author maximum. All authors (and e-mail addresses) should be stated in the cover letter.
   • Please see our author submission guidelines prior to submitting.
4. Figure files (jpg, tif, eps)
   • Additional fees are charged for color images.
5. Author release and financial disclosure information (During the online submission process this information must be submitted for Every coauthor)
6. Permissions for previously published material or patient consent for photographic images

Hospital Practice uses an online submission system where manuscripts are submitted through our Web site. Each of the required submission components should be uploaded and submitted together. Please fill out a separate author information page for each coauthor. Please contact the editorial office if you have any questions about the submission process.
